I, Jeffrey R. Lundstrom certify that I am a Registered Civil Engineer of the State of California;
and that Tract No. 17682 was prepared by Jeffrey R. Lundstrom, RCE 21245; and is filed in
Book 345 of Maps at Pages 63 through 65 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County,
California; and that the following corrections to said map are made by me in accordance with
Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66469 through Section 66472 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the RCE assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in accordance with
Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify that a survey
was performed by me or under my direction on December 11, 2018, which verified the
information contained on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows:
Map Indicates:
o Indicates set 1" x 18" iron pipe w/ plastic plug stamped "RCE 21245", flush.
Correct Monumentation is as follows:
o Indicates set 1" x 18" iron pipe w/ nail and disc marked "RCE 21245", flush.
Fee owners at the time of original recording: Richmond America Homes of Maryland, Inc.
There are no fee property owners affected by this correction.
