I, Robert John Dawson, certify that I am a Professional Land Surveyor of the State of California, and
that Tract No. 16745 was prepared by Bernard K. Mayer, LS 7319; and is filed in Book 342 of Maps at
pages 10 through 11 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California; and that the following
corrections to said map are made by me in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66469
through Section 66472 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Professional Land Surveyor assuming responsibility for the placement of final monuments, in
accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. Monument
descriptions are corrected as follows:

Corrected Monumentation is as follows:

The fee owners at the time of original recording: Water Street Land, LLC, Caroline E. Kiel Ray and

There are no fee property owners affected by this correction.
