I, Robert John Dawson, certify that I am a Professional Land Surveyor of the State of California, and
that Tract No. 18935 was prepared by Bernard K. Mayer, LS 7319; and is filed in Book 344 of Maps at
pages 60 through 64 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California; and that the following
corrections to said map are made by me in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66469
through Section 66472 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Professional Land Surveyor assuming responsibility for the placement of final monuments, in
accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. Monument
descriptions are corrected as follows:
Tract Map indicates:
2) -0- INDICATES SET 1" IRON PIPE WITH PLASTIC PLUG TAGGED LS 7319, FLUSH.

REAR AND SIDE LOT LINES. NAIL AND TAG TAGGED LS 7319 TO BE SET IN TOP OF
CURB AT PROLONGATION OF FRONT LOT LINES. IF PROPERTY CORNER FALLS ON
EXISTING WALL SET NAIL AND TAG TAGGED LS 7319 ON TOP OF WALL OR WALL
FOOTING.
Corrected Monumentation is as follows:

AND SIDE LOT LINE ANGLE POINTS EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING REAR CORNERS:

The fee owners at the time of original recording: Water Street Land, LLC, Caroline E. Kiel Ray and
Silvergate Bank, a California Corporation.
There are no fee property owners affected by this correction.
