Deleted erroneous abandonment note: "AND THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF
LOS ANGELES FOR ROAD PURPOSES BY DOCUMENT RECORDED IN BOOK 8766, PAGE 689 OF
OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY.", SAID EASEMENT ENCUMBERS THE WEST
30 FEET OF THE EAST 1320 FEET OF PARCEL 1 OF P.M. NO. 3200, P.M. 29/27 AND FALLS WITHIN
