CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
for
TRACT MAP NO. 17133 . .
In the City of Victorville, County of San Bernardino, State of California
Recorded February 24, 2006 as Document No. 2006-0130353, and filed in Book 316 of
Maps at Pages 76 through 88, in the Official Records of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County.
This Certificate of Correction is to indicate monuments set after the replacement of the
surveyor charged with the responsibility of setting monuments. Brian T. Hess has
replaced Michael Navarro as the surveyor responsible for setting monuments as noted in the
amended surveyor's notes below. The modifications to this map do not impose any
additional burden on the fee owners of the real property and do not alter any right, title, or
interest in the real property reflected on the recorded map. The property lines of the record
owners have not been changed.
As provided for by California Government Code Section 66469 said Tract Map No. 17133 is
hereby amended with the following corrections:
Note number 5 under "SURVEYOR'S NOTES" on sheet 4 shall read:
5. A INDICATESSET 1" IRON PIPE WITH BRASS TAG STAMPED LS 8136 AT
ALL STREET CL INTERSECTIONS, BCs, -ECs AND PRCs. CENTERLINE
MONUMENTS ARE SET %" BELOW FINISH PAVEMENT SURFACE.
The names of the fee owners of the real property affected by this correction on the date of
the filing of the original map are as follows:

SURVEYOR'S STATEMENT
I hereby state that this Certificate of Correction was prepared by me or under my direction
and the changes shown hereon are as provided for in Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map
Act. I furthermore state that -lam the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility of setting
the monuments tagged LS 8136 per correction listed on this certificate.
