be set. Should be noted as; FOUND 1" IP W/ N&T LS 7673, FLUSH, ON SAID EASTERLY LINE AS
FOLLOWS: ONE AT 17.00 FEET AND ANOTHER AT 20.00 FEET, MEASURED ALONG SAID
EASTERLY LINE, SOUTHERLY OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL 2, as witness
monuments to the northeast corner of Parcel 2.
