RESOLUTION NO. 2025-56
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YUCAIPA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR TRACT NO. 19927;
APPROVING THE CITY'S OFFER OF DEDICATION AND ACCEPTING
DEDICATIONS FOR PUBLIC RIGHTS -OF -WAY OVER CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY AS SHOWN THEREON; APPROVING THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 13"" STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY; AUTHORIZING THE
INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE MAP OWNER'S
STATEMENT, RELATED DOCUMENTS, AND TO TAKE ALL ACTIONS
NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THIS RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Yucaipa ("City") is the owner of certain real property described
in Final Map Tract No. 19927 ("Final Map"), which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" ("Property");
and
WHEREAS, the City may make an offer of dedication of land owned by it in the same
manner as a private owner; and
WHEREAS, the Final Map has been prepared in accordance with an approved tentative
map, the Subdivision Map Act, and the Yucaipa Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the Final Map and acceptance of
the dedications depicted thereon will serve the public interest by facilitating the orderly
development, operation, and maintenance of public infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, the City Council further desires to authorize the Interim City Manager, or his
or her designee, to execute all necessary documents and take all actions necessary or appropriate
to carry out the intent and purposes of this Resolution.:,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YUCAIPA HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

The City Council hereby finds that the recitals set forth above are true and correct
and are incorporated herein by reference.
The City Council hereby finds that Final Tract Map No. 19927 ("Final Map") is in
substantial conformance with the previously approved tentative map.
The City Council approves Final Map

incorporated herein by this reference.

Section 4. The City Council approves the City's offer of dedication, as property owner, of
those portions of the Property shown on the Final Map for public rights -of -way
purposes, together with any necessary slope, landscape, utility and access
easements incidental to those improvements.
Section 5. The City Council approves the vacation of the portion of 13`xStreet right-of-way
as shown on the Final Map.
Section 6. The City Council accepts, on behalf of the public, the offers of dedication as shown 0
on the Final Map. o
Section 7. The City Council authorizes the City Clerk and City Engineer to sign the Final Map
evidencing the City Council's approval.
Section 8. The City Council authorizes and directs the Interim City Manager, or her designee,
to execute the Owner's Statement on the Final Map on behalf of the City as property
owner, and to execute and deliver any related certificates, consents, and other
documents necessary or appropriate to implement this Resolution and to effect
recordation of the Final Map with the San Bernardino County Assessor -Recorder -
County Clerk's Office.
Section 9. The City Council authorizes and directs the City Clerk to execute the City Council's
Certificate on the Final Map, attest City signatures, deliver the fully executed Final
Map and supporting documents for recordation with the San Bernardino County
Assessor -Recorder -County Clerk's Office.
Section 10. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
