office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, California;
DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES MADE
The correction to be made appears on Sheet 3 of 21 sheets and should be modified as follows:
The area in the northeast corner of the property is labeled as "E.5 AC, S.W. 1/4" and should read
"E. 5 AC, S.E. 1/4".
The monument symbol at the northerly end of the course labeled N00°24'08" 69.14' and the
westerly end of the course labeled N89°36'55"E 69.45' should appear as a "set" symbol and not a
"found" symbol. Also, the description should read "SNF, EST. BY REC. ANGLE & SCALED
DIST. PER R1"
The correction to be made appears on Sheet 6 of 21 sheets and should be modified as follows:
Boundary Note 5 — Deed Book 3814, Page 429, Recorded 12/19/1955, the missing tie distance
along the A.T.& S.F Railroad Right -of -Way should read 100.00 feet to easterly Section line.
Also, the most northerly course to the tie distance should read N40°13'57E, 93.20 feet.
Detail "A" — Easement 29, the missing tie distance from the southerly end of Easement 29 to the
Section line, measured perpendicular to the Section line, should read 12.51 feet northerly and
293.69 feet westerly along the Section line from the southeast corner of Section 10jownship 1
South, Range 6 West, SBM.
The course along the centerline of CHERRY AVENUE (East line Section 15), from the East 1/4
Corner to the Northeast corner of Section 15, shown as "N00°08' 17" W 2655.40' (N00°08'08"W
2655.39' R1) , should read "N08°08'17W 2655.82' (N00°08'08"W 2655.81 R1)".
The correction to be made appears on Sheet 8 of 21 sheets and should be modified as follows:
The dimension along the easterly boundary line between the centerline of JEFF GORDON
DRIVE to the southeasterly corner of LOT "D" shown as 154.97', should read 153.47 feet to the
centerline of STREET "C", being an angle point in the boundary line.
Detail "Y" — The missing the distance along the easterly boundary line between the centerline of
Street "C" to the centerline of JEFF GORDON DRIVE should read N00°08' 17"W 1.50 feet.
Also, the monument at the angle point in the boundary should not be set since it may be confused
with the centerline of JEFF GORDON DRIVE.
Easement 8 - The missing tie distance along the southerly boundary line to the centerline of the
25-foot strip should read N89°17'47"E 112.18 feet. Also, the distance from the tie point to the
northerly end of the easement should read N47°48' 17"E 44.52 feet.
The correction to be made appears on Sheet 12 of 21 sheets and should be modified as follows:
The note for Easement 26 (Public Utilities) along the southerly side of Easement 26 through
Parcel 5, should read Easement 28 (Access and Maintenance).

CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
The correction to be made appears on Sheet 13 of 21 sheets and should be modified as follows:
Detail "E" -- Easement 6A should read 6B.
Detail "E" - Missing radial bearing at northerly end of curve C21 should read N81 °56'41 "W(R)
Details "E" & "F" - JIMMY JOHNSON DRIVE should read JIMMIE JOHNSON DRIVE.
The correction to be made appears on Sheet 15 of 21 sheets and should be modified as follows:
Easement 4 -- The missing tie distance along the southerly boundary line from the southwest
corner of Parcel 22 to the 30-foot southerly extension of westerly line of Easement 4 should read
N89037'01"E 322.00 feet.
The correction to be made appears on Sheet 19 of 21 sheets and should be modified as follows:
Detail "A7" - the course on the line between Easement 26 and Easement 28, the missing course
label east of course "L217" should read "L233".
The correction to be made appears on Sheet 20 of 21 sheets and should be modified as follows:
Detail "A-11" - Easement 28, the missing course along the northwesterly boundary of the
easement should read N08°31'47E 3.76 feet.
The correction to be made appears on Sheet 21 of 21 sheets and should be modified as follows:
Detail "C" - Proposed Easement 1, Public Utility Easement (P.U.E.), the portion within Parcel 22
indicates it is between the centerline and the right-of-way of the easement and should indicate it is
between the right-of-way of JEFF GORDON DRIVE (LOT "Q") and the right-of-way of the
easement.
The fee owners, at the time of recordation, of property affected by this certificate are as follows:
