RESOLUTION NO. 2O25-D74
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,California. pursuant to Division S.Part 3.
Chapter 4`Ofthe Streets and highways Code, may summarily vacate 8Oeasement under certain conditions specified
therein; and
WHEREAS, certain service and emergency access easement in the City ofRancho Cucamonga were
dedicated as shown on the map of Tract 16909.filed inBook 331.pages 50 to 53 inclusive of Maps in the Office of
the County Recorder ofSan Bernardino County; and
WHEREAS, Section of the California Streets and Highways Code authorizes the City 1osummarily
vacate (by Resolution with nopublichearing) 8public service easement that has been superseded hvrelocation O[
determined to be excess and there are no other public utilities located within the easement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL {]FTHE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAM(]NGA, HEREBY
RESOLVES, as follows:
SECl[ION1: That the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby summarily vacates a
portion of a service and emergency access easement within said Tract 16909.
SECTION 2: That from and after the date the resolution in n000rdad, said service and emergency
access easement 8Gdescribed and depicted more particularly ODEXHIBIT "/Y'and shown 0nEXHIBIT '^B^no
longer constitutes 8public easement.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the
OffiC8 of the County Recorder ofSan Bernardino County, California.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this r6SO|UtiOD, and it
shall thereupon take effect and beiDforce.
