Title of Document DOC #2025-0226463 Page 2 of 7 Page 1 of 3 RESOLUTION NO. 2025-135 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A QUITCLAIM DEED LOCATED 800 FEET WEST OF BAKER AVENUE AND FIFTH STREET. WHEREAS, Easements for firefighting apparatus access recorded June 15, 1972 and September 4, 1973, filed in Book 7955 Page 812 and Book 8260 Pages 468-469, respectively; the easements are not needed for any present or future use and have been determined to be excess.; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ontario, California: That the above recitals are true and correct. 2. That title to the above -described said property, more specifically described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto, shall be vacated. 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Ontario, California, shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
