SUBDIVISION MAP ACT, AND THAT WE CONSENT TO THE PREPARATION AND RECORDATION OF THIS
PARCEL MAP. WE HERE BY IRREVOCABLY OFFER TO DEDICATE TO THE CITY OF HESPERIA, THE
